Our Handmade Wooden Barrels are the perfect dog food container; not only are they practical, but they are handsome enough to fit into any room in the house. Slide one of these large half barrels right against the wall in the kitchen, hallway, mudroom, or garage, and fill it full of 40 pounds of dry dog food or 50 pounds of birdseed; or choose our small barrel, which holds 15 to 20 pounds. Label the contents of the bird or dog food containers with the included blank wooden sign. The barrels are handmade in Maine of native-grown wood; the staves are northern white cedar, the bands are oak, and the bottom, back, and lids are white pine. These barrels are not intended for outdoor use.
