Tampa Bay, St. Pete, Clearwater and Homosassa. Fish the clear water grass flats. Giant tarpon of Homosassa. Most of the Tampa Bay area flats are aquatic preserves with no motor zones.
Dropoff on grass flats are still holding the largest trout. Tailing reds are working the low incoming tide on the flats. Must fish early in the day because of water is hot by noon.
Work edge of flats early on in coming tide. Water will be dirty because of 10 " of rain this week, Rain has stopped, fishing starting to pick back up.
