All prices on the Orvis.com are in US dollars. Payment made by credit card will be billed in US dollars. Payment made by check must be in US funds payable by a US bank. |
Shipping, Duties & Taxes
To simplify the order calculation process, Orvis charges a 20% international surcharge (or a minimum of $20 USD) of the total merchandise value, which covers all duty, shipping and handling charges. Canadian taxes will be calculated separately.
When you place your online order, a 20% surcharge will be applied. An allowance will then be made for those items that qualify for NAFTA duty relief. The final invoice that is included with your shipment will reflect the correct adjusted charges.

Standard Delivery TimeStandard: In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Allow 5-7 business days for surface delivery. For more remote locations, please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery. Express and Next-Day service is not available for Canada.
Note: Personalized (monogrammed or embossed) items, or items requiring alteration (such as inseamed pants) may take require more delivery time. In addition, some products may not be available for delivery outside of the United States. Please refer to the product page for specific delivery details for that product. |
Address Requirements Physical Address and Daytime Phone Number: To ensure proper delivery and to provide the pre-paid duties and taxes service, a physical delivery address and daytime phone number are required for all Canadian shipments. If a physical address is not available, please contact Orvis Customer Service at 1-888-235-9763. |

Returns/ExchangesFor returns, please use the Canada Post label included in your package and we will simply deduct $10 from your refund. You may also return the order at your expense to the address below using a shipping method of your choice.
