Is there a charge for personalization?
Charges vary from item to item and are listed in the "Buy It Now" box for each item.
How many letters may I include?
The number of characters (which includes letters and spacing) varies from item to item. Please consult the product's description for personalization specifications. Spaces are counted as characters for all personalized products.
May I use foreign spellings or names?
Yes. You may use any name if it fits in the specified number of characters. However, we can't use accented or special characters.
Do personalized products require lettering?
No. It's all up to you. All of our personalized products may be ordered without any lettering.
How do I personalize the item I have selected?
You can personalize select products on the product detail page (before adding to your shopping basket). An input field in the "Personalization" section of the "Buy It Now" box will allow you to enter your chosen personalization for that product, as seen in the example below.
Ordering multiple items with personalization
If you wish to order multiple items and personalize each differently, personalize them and add them to your shopping cart one at a time.
Does it take longer to receive personalized items?
It usually takes an additional two days for personalized items. Some items, which are personalized directly by the manufacturer, may require additional time. Please see each product detail page for specific information or live chat or call us at 1-888-235-9763 for further information.
