What is your return policy?
All merchandise purchased from Orvis has the Orvis 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will refund your money on any purchase that isn't 100% satisfactory. Anytime, for any reason. It's that simple. For more details, learn more about the Orvis 100% satisfaction guarantee.
How do I return merchandise to Orvis?
Returning it is easy, fast, and simple. The Return Process Center provides complete instructions on how to return your merchandise.
Can I exchange for other merchandise/get a refund?
You can do either one. For the fastest exchange service, call 888-235-9763 anytime to request an exchange.
Or, you can request a refund. Be sure to include proof of purchase—returns made without a proof of purchase will receive an Orvis gift card in the amount of the lowest sale price of the merchandise returned.
How are refunds issued?

Can bathing suits be returned?
For fitting purposes, your swimsuit is equipped with a removable hygienic liner, which is your assurance that your suit has been inspected by our apparel experts and is safe.
Please do not remove this liner until you are certain that a return will not be necessary. Provided that the hygienic liner is still in place, you can exchange your swimsuit for a different size or return the suit for a full credit or refund if you are not completely satisfied.
