Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS Air
Standard Rate + $10.00

Express delivery service is not available to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or on certain items noted on the web site or in the catalog and excludes personalized, oversized, or altered items which may require additional handling.

UPS Second Business Day and FedEx Second Business Day
Standard Rate + $16.00

• For Non-Fishing Merchandise: Place your order by 5:00 pm EST Monday-Friday.
• For Fishing Merchandise (rod, reels, etc.): Place your order by 3:00 pm EST Monday-Friday.

UPS Nextday and FedEx Next Day

Orvis offers Saturday Delivery, but it is dependent upon the item(s) you wish to order. Saturday Delivery is not available for some items.

Instructions for ordering with Saturday Delivery:

• Call Orvis Customer Service at 1-888-235-9763 before you order your item(s) to determine if your item(s) are eligible for Saturday Delivery.
• If your item(s) are eligible for Saturday Delivery, they must be ordered by phone.

Note: Any item(s) requiring Saturday Delivery cannot be ordered via orvis.com.

Standard Rate + $25.00 to + $150.00 depending on size & weight of item

• A surcharge (noted in parentheses following the price) will be added to the regular shipping charge for items that are large or extra heavy.
• Delivery is provided to your door. Setup and assembly are not included.
• Please provide your daytime phone number when ordering, in case the item requires freight service delivery, by appointment.
• The service is only available in the contiguous 48 states.

• Other large or extra heavy items will be identified as Orvis "At Your Service" delivery items at the time of order checkout.
• These items are delivered by our in-home delivery service, by appointment only, Monday - Friday.

• Please provide your daytime telephone number when ordering.
• The item is brought to your home, unpacked, and inspected; all packaging materials are removed.
• This service is only available in the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping/Handling and Delivery to Canada

Payment made by credit card will be billed in US dollars. Payment made by check must be in US funds payable by a US bank.

In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours. When you order from our website, you will find out right away whether the items you want are in stock. Note: some merchandise is not available for shipment to Canada, including but not limited to, oversized items, hazardous materials, and food.

To simplify the order calculation process, Orvis charges a 20% international surcharge (or a minimum of $20 USD) of the total merchandise value, which covers all duty, shipping and handling charges. Canadian taxes will be calculated separately.

For more remote locations, please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for delivery.

Express delivery is a 25% surcharge of the total merchandise value (or a minimum of $25 USD). Canadian taxes will be calculated separately.

Your in-stock orders placed by 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will normally be delivered within 5 business days after we receive it.

Express Canadian deliveries may not be processed over the web. Please call 1-888-235-9763 to place an Express delivery to Canada order.

At the time the order is placed, the surcharge (20% for standard delivery, 25% for express delivery) will be applied. An allowance will then be made for those items that qualify for NAFTA duty relief. The final invoice that is included with your shipment will reflect the correct adjusted charges.

International Orders
Payment may be made by credit card or check in U.S. Funds payable by a U.S. bank.
In order to ensure proper delivery, the recipient's phone number is required for international shipments.

International Deliveries
International shipping costs will vary depending on the value of your order.

Please allow 14-21 days for international orders to arrive.

Taxes & Duties
Depending on your country of residence, there may be additional taxes or duties added to your order that aren't reflected in our pricing. Contact your local Customs office for those charges. Additionally, some countries may charge an extra handling fee within that country.

Address Requirements
To ensure proper delivery, a physical delivery address and daytime phone number are required for all International shipments. If a physical address is not available, please contact Orvis Customer Service at 1-888-235-9763.

Some merchandise on this site is not available for international shipment.

Orvis is required to collect state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence, which includes operating stores, affiliated businesses, and/or stores under construction. Some taxing authorities charge sales tax on merchandise and shipping, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise; we are required to follow the rules of each state.

States with No Sales Tax Charged
There is no sales tax on orders shipped to the following states:

• Alaska
• Delaware
• Montana
• New Hampshire
• Oregon

Sales Tax Based on Merchandise Totals Only
Sale tax based on merchandise only will be charged for orders shipped to the following states:

• Idaho
• Massachusetts
• Oklahoma
• Wyoming

Sales Tax for All Other States
For orders shipped to all other states not previously mentioned, sales tax will be based on the total amount of the order—including shipping charges.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates and gift cards. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift certificate or gift card is used.
