Where do I put the special offer code?

Answer: Enter the special offer code in the special offer box located on the upper right side of the Billing Information page during the checkout procedure.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Answer: Redeeming a gift card is an easy, two-step process:

Step 1. Check the box below the special offer box on the upper-right side of the Billing Information page and click on the "Continue Checkout" button.

Step 2 . When the Gift Certificate Redemption page appears, enter the gift card number in the Redeem Gift Cards entry box. If you have multiple gift cards to redeem, be sure to indicate that by selecting the "additional Gift Certificates" checkbox.

How do I place my order with multiple shipping addresses?

Answer: When viewing the items in your shopping basket you will find under the shipping column a box to enter a nickname for the recipient for that specific item. Enter a nickname of the person that is to receive that item then click “Proceed to Secure Checkout”.

The next page will allow you to enter the name and address on the shipping information page for each assigned nickname. Please note that each address will be charged a shipping and handling fee.

How do I order gift packaging for an item?

Answer: When reviewing the items in your shopping basket, you will find a check box labeled “Gift package ($4.95)". Select the box to have that item packaged in a handsome Orvis gift box. Each item is folded neatly in Orvis tissue, placed in our signature gift box, and tied with a ribbon. We also include a card so you can personalize your gift. Please note each item selected will be packaged individually in an Orvis and you will be charged $4.95 for each gift package.

Unfortunately, our online order process can’t accommodate a request to wrap multiple items together in the same box. If you wish to have more than one item wrapped in a single gift package, please contact Customer Service by live chat, e-mail, or phone with your order number for assistance.

How long does something remain in my shopping basket?

Unpurchased items in your shopping cart remain there for 30 days.


6.

What is "Save for Later"?

The "Save for Later" feature enables you to save an item in which you're interested, to purchase at a later time of your choosing.

When you select "Save for Later", the item is removed from your shopping cart section, and moved to the "Saved items to buy later" section.

The price of that item is removed from your current shopping cart total, but is retained in the "Saved items to buy later" for 30 days, so that you can purchase it at a later time. When you're ready to purchase your item, use the "Move to Basket" link to move it back to the shopping cart.
