Q. Who is First Bankcard?
A. First Bankcard is a division of First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO). FNBO is part of the largest privately owned banking company in the United States and the issuer of the Orvis Rewards Visa® card.

Q. How can I apply for an Orvis Rewards Visa® card?
A. Click the “Learn More” button above and follow the process through the online instant credit application. Additionally, you can apply at any of the Orvis retail store locations, or by calling the Orvis customer service line at 1-800-635-7635 and speaking with an Orvis associate.

Q. What is Free Standard Shipping?
A. As an Orvis Rewards Visa® cardholder, you are entitled to receive free standard shipping on all your Orvis purchases made with the card. Standard shipping means your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. If your order requires a type of shipping other than standard, other charges may apply.

Q. How do I qualify for the $25 Orvis Reward bonus?
A. Once you become an Orvis Rewards Visa® cardholder, you simply have to make a purchase anywhere, within your first three billing cycles, to qualify for the $25 Orvis Reward bonus. Your bonus will appear in your rewards balance after your account cycles after the first purchase is made. You can then redeem your rewards for Orvis merchandise.

Q. How many points do I earn when I make a qualifying Orvis purchase?
A. Customers will receive 3 points for each qualifying $1 spent at Orvis locations. Once a customer reaches 2,500 points, points will be converted to $25 Orvis Rewards that are redeemable, in any increment, for Orvis merchandise. Orvis Rewards can be redeemed at any Orvis retail store, online at Orvis.com, or via the Orvis call center.

Q. How many points do I earn when I make a purchase somewhere other than with Orvis?
A. Customers will receive 1 point for each $1 spent at locations other than Orvis. Once a customer reaches 2,500 points, points will be converted to $25 Orvis Rewards that are redeemable, in any increment, for Orvis merchandise. Orvis Rewards can be redeemed at any Orvis retail store, online at Orvis.com, or via the Orvis call center.

Q. What is the difference between points and Orvis Rewards?
A. Cardmembers earn “points” for every purchase: 3 points for each qualifying $1 spent at Orvis locations and 1 point for every $1 spent elsewhere. Once earnings reach 2,500 points, these points are converted to $25 in “Orvis Rewards”. The $25 reward is stored in a virtual account with any other rewards you have previously earned, and can be used to purchase merchandise at Orvis in stores, online or by phone. Orvis Rewards may be redeemed in any increment. There is no cap to the amount of rewards you can earn and points and rewards will never expire.

Q. Will my Orvis Points or Rewards ever expire?
A. No! Points and Rewards never expire.

Q. Is there a limit on the amount of Orvis Points or Rewards I can earn?
A. No! There is no limit to the amount of Points or Rewards a customer can earn.

Q. How can I view my Orvis Rewards balance?
A. Customers can view their current total available Rewards balance by clicking the “Check Rewards Balance” button above, or by going to https://www.firstbankcard.com/orvis and creating an account or logging in. Points and rewards are calculated at the end of your account billing cycle.

Q. When will rewards show up on my account?
A. Points and Rewards are calculated at the end of the cycle date for each account. After this time, points and rewards can be viewed online at https://www.firstbankcard.com/orvis. You may also check your rewards balance by clicking the “Check Rewards Balance” button above, inquiring at any Orvis retail store, or by phone at the Orvis call center.

Q. How can I redeem my Orvis Rewards?
A. Orvis Rewards can be redeemed at any Orvis retail store location, online at www.orvis.com, or via the Orvis call center. Rewards can be redeemed in any increment that you’d like. To redeem your rewards:

In stores: Find the Orvis retail store nearest you. At any of our stores, a sales associate can look-up your available Rewards balance and you may purchase Orvis merchandise with these rewards.
Online: On the 'Payment Information' screen of basket/checkout, look for the Redeem Orvis Visa® Rewards section, and then to click to expand the section. This section provides you with a field to enter your card number for redeeming your Orvis Visa® Rewards.
By phone: Simply let your Customer Care representative know that you would like to redeem your rewards when you are placing your order.

Q. How do I enroll in online banking with First Bankcard?
A. Access the https://www.firstbankcard.com/orvis website and select “Enroll” on the left side of the page. Enrolling in online banking takes 3 easy steps:

  1. Select Enroll.
  2. Enter your account information.
  3. Select your User ID and Password.

Q. Will I receive paper statements or do I have the option to receive electronic statements?
A. Enroll online at https://www.firstbankcard.com/orvis and you can sign up for eStatements and receive your statements online.

Q. Can I receive email alerts about my account?
A. Yes. Once you are enrolled in online banking at https://www.firstbankcard.com/orvis you can sign-up for Priority Alerts. Priority Alerts is a free service from First Bankcard that delivers email alerts notifying you when important events occur on your accounts. You can sign up to receive emails when your statement information is available to view online, when your payments are due, when your payments have posted and more.
