Once your decoys are all set out and you’re comfortable in the blind or boat, you can wear the rugged yet lightweight top down to keep the bulk and weight of the suspenders off your shoulders and get a greater range of shooting motion. Then, when the hunt is over, and you go about retrieving your decoys, you can pull the top back up and go out into deeper water.
