Here’s an astonishing look at fishing for Atlantic salmon in Labrador using Bomber dry flies. The shots of the fish looking, refusing, and then taking the fly in several different ways are some of the best we’ve ever seen. And once a fish is on, the real aerial spectacular begins. This is just beautifully shot and put together.
‘Tis the season for year-end wrap-ups, and I expect we’ll see a lot more. But I doubt that many will be better than this epic mash-up from Hooké. There are tons of great fish, killer angling scenes, smiles, and beast-mode wood chopping. I want in for 2014!
