The G-1 is easily the most recognizable men's leather aviator flight jacket ever produced. Originally developed by the United States Navy in the 1940s, it remains in active service to this day, being issued to aviation personnel in the US Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. Manufactured to military specifications from genuine goatskin leather, it's outfitted with two flap-over patch pockets and features a removable shearling mouton collar. A bi-swing back eliminates binding when reaching. Interior snap-closed pocket. Knit cuffs and hem. In dark brown. Genuine leather shell. Wool/nylon trim. Shearling collar. Polyester lining.
