My pets love it!
We have two dogs and three cats, all of whom like furniture. One particular leather couch is starting to show the effects of hair, slobber, etc., so this is a great solution. The animals love it because it's soft and fuzzy and I love it because it looks nice and protects the couch.

Not functional, but good quality.
So this is a really well made product but it's not very functional. My dog is a couch licker and ruined our old couch. We got this to mainly prevent all of the licking wetness and stains on our new couch. Our couch also has a tweedy texture that can snag so we were hoping that the cover would help prevent this too. The problem with this product is that when our dog hops onto the couch the cover flips back and leaves part of the couch uncovered defeating the whole purpose. I'm going to sew on straps to the front of the cover to connect with the layer that goes under the couch cushions to better hold it in place. It's a pain in the butt to have to DIY this solution. It was expensive enough that I shouldn't have to improve it myself. Overall, good quality, poor function.

Soft & Comfy!
We bought this b/c our yellow lab likes to chew bones on our leather couch. We were worried the bones could damage the leather. This does the trick! It's comfy and tucks into the cushions to stay in position.

The dogs love them!
We bought two improved furniture protectors and they're really great. Well padded and comfortable to sit on and the dogs love cuddling in to the bolster. a big hit all 'round.

Perfect!
Although the dogs are "not allowed" on the furniture we know that the lab in fact spends much of her day on the couch when we're not home. I've tried several different types on throws and even spent good money on an entire couch cover. The problem is that the smaller throws end up all bunched up and the total couch cover is a pain to keep looking neat and tidy. So when I saw this protector I had to take a chance and try it. I totally recommend it for anyone looking for a way to protect that expensive piece of furniture and not have to hide it when someone drops by. It looks great and all of the pets love it. Even the cats!

Covers came just as soon as the puppy started jumping up. They fit well and stay in place on my leather couches with recliners.

nice quality
overall pleased with this, although it is a bit bulky. We already have 2 other settee covers from Orvis, one being the fleece and suedette large cover, (good) and a quilted throw which we bought a few years ago. The quilted throw is the best, easy to wash and covers settee well without muck getting through. Sadly you no longer stock this! The latest cover is fine and again stops muck getting through onto to seating.
