Perfect Flannel-Lined Long-Sleeved Bush Shirt

Stay warm all season in our flannel lined bush shirt.

Our Bush Shirt has long been a warm-weather favorite. Trouble was, when cool temperatures arrived, it was relegated to the hanger. Crafted from our pure cotton Perfect Flannel, this winter version is just right for autumn through spring, and even features a quilted liner, allowing you to wear it as a rugged shirt jacket. Two patch pockets, shoulder epaulets. In olive. Pure cotton. Washable. Imported.
Sizes: M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48), XXL(50-52).

    Not what I expected - 7/20/2014
    By: from Long Island NY

From the name, I anticipated something on the order of a bush shirt worn over a light flannel shirt, with the two of them stuck together. I've had flannel lined jeans, with regular denim over flannel, and that's what I imagined. It's not like that. The exterior seems like sweatshirt fabric and the inside, as the description says, is quilter. It's a jacket. It may be styled like a shirt, but it's a jacket. That said, it's a nice jacket. The weight is right for late spring, early autumn and polar vortex summer mornings. The styling is rather like a bush shirt, slightly dressy, good with jeans and chinos. The pockets might be a bit larger though. They're perfect for an iPhone 4s, but if you have a newer, larger cell phone you're on your own for where you'll carry it.

    Great shirt - 2/28/2014

I really like this shirt. It has replaced my hoodie and light jackets. I recommend buying a size big and shrinking it down. My only gripe are the buttons. They are a little small and the thread is already stretching a little. some larger more secure buttons would get this shirt 5/5 stars.

Light jacket or heavy shirt ? - 2/28/2014
    By: from Badgerland

Good looking, comfortable and warm, a good option when a shirt isn't enough but don't want want to mess with a jacket. Either the waist is a little to generous or I need to work on my beer belly and it should have hand pockts since you'll wear this untucked. All and all a great spring/fall favorite though.

    Great shirt - 2/11/2014
    By: from Ontario, Canada

I like this shirt very much. It fits perfectly and is comfortable and warm. The perfect shirt for cool days. I wear it more as a light jacket or overshirt and it is just right if I am in the workshop or studio. I would like to see a version with snaps (western style) instead of buttons and maybe some more colors.

    Two In One - 1/23/2014

This is more than a shirt. It's a shirt-jacket. It gives you a shirt's great look and a jacket's warmth, especially in the northeast when too much bulk is not a good idea.

    Great shirt! - 1/6/2014

Bought this shirt for my uncle in Nebraska - he loves it! Great styling, very comfy, perfect weight - not too hot for inside wear, warm enough to insulate for outside wear!

I have reconsidered my first review on November 25th. The material goes a little 'nappy' after wearing a number of times. Also, I think it would be a problem with washing (as another reviewer noted). I returned this item.
