    Poor management - 7/26/2013
    By: from Montana

Worst management I have ever experienced!! Incredibly disappointed in this so called business. Last summer we drove the 55 mile road only to find out that our reservation was accidently not put into the books, so the management said, "pick a date for this summer and we will make it work" This summer they canceled our reservation. We are "just a gift certificate" so we are treated as second class. Very disappointing from spotted bear ranch. I expected much better from them.
