- Medium 36" x 24; " outside dimensions, dogs 40-60 lbs.
- Large 43" x 29" outside dimensions, dogs 60-90 lbs.
- X-large, 53" x 35", outside dimensions, dogs 90-120 lbs.
FILL OPTIONS
- Orvis Memory Foam: Calibrated for canines, it provides optimal support and reduces pressure on joints and hips. Ideal for larger and older dogs. A water-resistant liner keeps the memory foam clean and dry.
- Polyester Fill: Springy and plush, it won't clump, shift, or flatten. Ideal for dogs who like to nest and nuzzle. Washable.
Developed exclusively by Orvis, ToughChew® beds have an outer fabric engineered in a full ripstop weave from incredibly tough and durable 1,000-denier nylon and an inner layer of 840-denier nylon. Even the zipper is tough, constructed of solid brass for long-lasting strength. Imported.

I bought two of these beds for a couple of my springer spaniels because they needed more support whilst sleeping when they are crated. My problem had been that one of them got so over excited when we return home that she usually destroys her bed. I am pleased to say that she has been unable to ruin this one so far and they do look so much more comfortable. Visitors have complimented me on the lovely beds.

Absolutely fantastic bed for a chewing dog
I cannot praise this bed enough - I bought it several months ago and have given it some time before reviewing to see whether my young Jack Russell cross Border terrier managed to chew through it. She chews cushions, and beds, but not this one! This is her 'Summer' bed as it is flat and so she is cooler, but I also put it into her crate when I go out as I don't want her chewing other bedding! I was happy to buy it as there is a guarantee on it, but so far we haven't had problems and hopefully we won't now! I bought the burgundy colour, and it is really nice. Small size is just right for my dog.

Not so touch
Ordered the bed beginning of February and only just received it, to our disappointment our puppy only had it 4 days and she has chewed a hole through and the gone through the inside layer as well. Contacted Orvis to source a replacement as id like to give it another go.

Better than the rest
This beds holds up really well from being torn apart by our golden. Even if she does manage to make it through the bed, Orvis has always replaced it with a new one. Eventually she will learn right?

So far so good
Leia had destroyed two beds within 4 months when someone recommended this bed to me. So far she has not really bothered to pick it up and shake it like she did the others, possibly because it is larger and made of heavier materials. She really likes it and hasn't bitten it at all.

not too tough
i have two old tough chew beds that are well more than 5 years old. great. well the new one lasted 15 min until the dog had the zipper unzipped and was trying to pull out cushion. i zipped it back up and put it back- well 20 minutes later 3 holes appeared, the fabric is not the same .so far the therapeutic bed i bought for the other dog is intact- perhaps because it is not soft and pliable .

She LOVES her new Bed/Pad!
We bought this bed-pad to give her someplace more comfortable than her crate. She loves it! She even drags it over closer to our bed at night just to be close, and it keeps her from jumping up onto our bed!
