Where do I put the special offer code?
Special offer codes (also called "Promotional Codes") can be entered in the "Payment Information" section of the final "Checkout" screen. To enter your special offer code, expand the "Enter Promotional Code" section by clicking on the "[+]" sign.
At this point, a field appears for you to enter your special offer code.
After entering the code, click on the "Apply Code" button, and the value of the special offer code will appear in the appropriate place in the order summary directly below.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Redeeming a gift card or email gift card is an easy, three-step process:
Step 1: Continue through the basket checkout process until you get to the "Payment Information" screen. This screen has a section called "Pay with Orvis Gift Card."
Step 2: To expand the "Pay with Orvis Gift Card" section, click on the "[+]" sign to the left. Expanding this section enables you to enter your gift card number.
Step 3: After entering your card number and PIN in the appropriate fields, click on the "Redeem" button. If you have more than one gift card, simply enter their card numbers and PINs, clicking on "Redeem" for each one.
How do I place my order with multiple addresses?
All basket items are shown in the right side of the checkout screen in the “Shopping Basket” section. To ship to different addresses, use the “Item Shipping To” dropdown option under each item to indicate the address to which you want that particular item shipped.
To ship to another address, either select a previously added address or choose the “Add New” dropdown option. This displays an additional screen that enables you to enter the alternate shipping address.
If you have a membership account and you’re logged in, your addresses will be saved in your account for future use.
How long does something remain in my basket?
Unpurchased items remain in your shopping cart for 30 days.
What is "Save for Later"?
The "Save for Later" feature enables you to save an item in which you're interested, to purchase at a later time of your choosing.
When you select "Save for Later," the item is removed from your shopping cart section and moved to the "Saved items to buy later" section located directly below your shopping cart.
The item is retained in the "Saved items to buy later" for 30 days, so that you can purchase it at a later time. When you're ready to purchase your item, use the "Move to Basket" link to move it back to the shopping cart. The "Saved items" basket does not reflect sale pricing, and prices are subject to change.
