Cancelling an Order
Welcome to the Orvis Answer Center for Order Cancellation Questions! You'll find the answers to our most frequently asked questions concerning order cancellations.
I tried to cancel an order, but it was shipped.
Use the Orvis Return Process to return the merchandise back to Orvis. You can either exchange it for other merchandise or request a refund. Your order will come with a FedEx Convenient Service Label to expedite your return.
I cancelled an order, but I'm not exchanging.
It is Orvis’ policy not to charge a customer until the merchandise ships. If you used a credit card and your order was canceled, you should not have been charged. If you used a check or money order, then you'll receive a refund check in the mail. If you used a gift card, then a gift card will be re-issued and sent by mail.
