Do catalog prices represent prices in stores?
Pricing in our retail stores may not reflect catalog sale pricing. Should you, however, while shopping at an Orvis retail store, need to place an order through the Orvis Service Center (via the green phone), you will be quoted the catalog sale price regardless of the retail store’s price. On occasion, Orvis retail stores, website, and catalog may each have their own sale pricing based on inventory availability.
Catalog sale prices will be honored if you bring your sale catalog into the retail store to shop. The price change will be made at the register upon price verification in the catalog.
Do online tent sale prices apply to store prices?
Retail stores and our telephone Customer Service representatives may honor these prices after validating them through the website.
What if size/color isn't available at my store?
Should you request a different size or color that is not available in the retail store, retail associates will first attempt to fulfill the order through another retail store, then through the Orvis Service Center (via the green phone).
What if I made a purchase at an independent dealer
Orvis is partnered with more than 400 dealers nationwide, who each manage their own pricing and sale efforts. Price change/adjustment requests for purchases originating at a dealership are not honored by Orvis directly. Please contact the dealer for returns or price adjustments.
Price was reduced since I purchased
If the price of an item is reduced within 30 days of purchase, you (upon request and with original receipt or a reference through our Order Management System) may be issued a one-time price adjustment for the difference in the form of an Orvis Gift Card. There is a minimum $10 difference for an Orvis Gift Card. If difference is less than $10, then you will receive a refund in the form of the original payment.
If you are visiting an Orvis retail store and we are unable to validate the price of the item in question, you may be redirected to the green phone for assistance by the Orvis Customer Care Center. The difference will be honored through the issuance of a gift card.
What if I bought through a liquidator?
Prices are reduced for inventory clearance and are only honored via these locations.
Where can I use Orvis retail-only coupons?
These promotions will only be honored at retail stores. Expiration dates are enforced. While shopping at a retail store, should you need to place an order through the Orvis Service Center (green phone), the promotion/coupon will be honored.
