Dogs give us unconditional love, loyalty and
companionship. Unfortunately, half of all dogs will
face cancer during their lifetime, and one in four
will die of the disease. For some breeds, the risk is even higher.
Fortunately, in recent years, veterinary scientists have made tremendous strides in the area of canine cancer research. Their breakthroughs have led to the development of new treatments aimed at curing canine cancer and extending the lives of our faithful friends and campanions. But there is much more work to be done.
Morris Animal Foundation has funded neraly 150 canine cancer studies, and its current Canine Cancer Campaign is helping scientists worldwide study cancer and develop ways to prevent and treat it.
Orvis has teamed up with Morris Animal Foundation to support research efforts to prevent, treat and, ultimately, cure cancer in dogs. With your help and financial support, we can help dogs enjoy longer, healthier, cancer-free lives.
So far, Orvis and our customers have raised more than $500,000 to fight canine cancer!
Please donate today to help us create a healthier tomorrow for dogs. Your best friend will thank you.
Note: Contributions are tax-deductible for U.S. residents only.

Our dogs mean so much to us. As dog lovers and owners, we’re constantly aware of their health and wellbeing. But did you know that canine cancer is the leading cause of death in dogs over the age of 2? It’s a frightening reality that, for many years, often resulted in us watching helplessly as the ones we loved suffered short, painful lives. Luckily for our canine friends (and their owners), huge strides have been made in the area of canine-cancer treatment. Thanks to cancer research, including studies funded by Morris Animal Foundation, many dogs today are beating this disease. Still, more research is needed to ensure that all dogs are cancer free. That’s why Morris Animal Foundation launched the Canine Cancer Campaign, an unprecedented global effort to prevent, treat, and ultimately cure cancer in dogs. It’s an ambitious goal, but one I know we’ll accomplish. Please help. Working together, we can one day cure canine cancer and give dogs longer, healthier lives.
