2-Day Fly-Fishing School:
Over the course of two days, participants learn the Orvis Progressive Method to Fly Casting including video analysis of their casting stroke; technical information on lines, rods and reels; knot tying; fly selection; how to fish flies; and how to hook, play, handle and safely release fish. Available at 14 great locations across the country.
2-Day Specialty Schools:
We offer three Specialty Schools. Our Women's Only School is a 2-day school taught by guest instructor Molly Semenik and Orvis Instructors. The Parent/Child Fly-Fishing School is a 2-day program that will please both youngster and adult alike. Our Fish/Hunt Combo 1-day school is a great introduction to wingshooting and fly fishing.
1-Day Fly-Fishing School:
Perfect for individuals who have limited time and would like to learn the basics of fly fishing. The 1-day programs are an abbreviated, jam-packed version of our 2-day fly-fishing school.
1-Day Advanced Fly-Fishing School:
Take your fly casting to higher levels: This is a program designed for intermediate to advanced casters who want to improve on distance and accuracy, and learn special presentation casts. Class sizes are small so you will receive maximum attention and. Video analysis included.
