Elto stands for Evinrude Light Twin Outboard; this " Pal" model has been fully restored to its original condition, but it is not operable; there is a minor dent in the gas tank. The 1.1 horsepower engine was manufactured between 1938 and 1941 and weighs about 13 pounds. Displayed in a finished pine shipping case with brass hardware. A small replica Texaco gas can and an oilcan are included for authenticity; it also comes with a plastic-laminated 8½" x 11" advertising flier noting the period sale price of $34.50. Purchase price includes packing and shipping anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. An extremely rare find in this condition, the Elto "Pal" is an antique item.
