Tunghead Zug Bug

Keep this fly in your assortment of peacock caddis for still water fishing.

The Zug Bug was invented by Cliff Zug and is meant to be fished as a caddis imitation. Peacock has always been known as a good color to catch fish and this little caddis fly often proves it. Great fly for still water fishing and with the tungsten bead, it gets down quickly. Excellent dropper fly. Color, Peacock.

    Success Day One - 10/10/2010
By: from Upstate NY, ADK & VT

I bought a couple of these after a recommendation from one of the fising guys at Orvis in Manchester, VT and had great success on day one. Early October, good water levels and the browns loved this nymph. I highly recommend it. High sticked it through a deep run and pool about 4 feet below an indicator. They couldn't resist. Thanks for the recommendation.
