The clip that holds the band to the watch broke and the watch fell off my hand when I was out shopping, I lost the watch as I did not notice it missing until it was too late to find it. Orvis was great about it and replaced the watch but not sure I can trust it at this point

Another Great Purchase from Orvis! - 2/15/2011

I have owned many Luminox watches. You simply cannot go wrong with this model. I chose the white version which glows with blue hour makers and green hands. Very cool at night and a great size and fit. The crystal is thick and though the watch is light weight, it feels tough. The only difficulty I had was choosing which color combination I wanted.

    THIS WATCH IS A TANK! - 12/12/2010
    By: from Maryland

I've owned Breitlings and Heurs that were 100 times more expensive. I've dived with them and this one. I'm a contractor and hard on my timepieces. This one has performed the best and remained looking good. The crystal takes abuse but won't break, crack or leak. The bezel rotates but best of all the illumination is astounding! Many a time I've used it to find objects in the dark. Make sure you leave it face down on the nightstand when you go to bed. The only reason you will get fog inside the watch is if you leave the crown untightened - I've done that too but even then the watch dried out in a couple of days and kept going strong. The manufacturer says to return the watch to them for battery replacments but I've had my local quality jeweler do the job without any issues. I currently own three different models from LumiNox and haven't had a problem with any of them. Almost 20 years and no issues.

No, this isn't a dive watch, but it's rugged, and you can read the hands throughout the night. True luminescence that lasts.

    Not a dive watch - 9/22/2010

Easy to read in the dark, but it fogged up when I washed my car. Cleared 7-10 days later.
