Yes, the barking stops, but my dog was all confused and upset. She started going potty in the house again.
Finally A Solution -

Our Morkie likes to bark at everything and nothing stopped him until we got the No Bark 18. Now he is very happy to just wag his tail when the door bell rings instead of his piercing bark greeting our visitors. The first time the collar corrected him, he didn't know what had happened. His first bark, followed by a second one, then he stopped in his tracks and was cured. At first he thought it was the front door that got him but quickly realized that it happened when he barks. He does not associate the collar with the correction so he is still happy to have the collar put on each morning. Now our Golden Retriever is the one that needs the collar! It would be nice if the collar came in different colors as the bright orange on a small dog looks a bit big but he doesn't seem to mind.
Excellent training tool -

One of our Australian Shepherds barks incessantly at pretty much everything that moves. We've tried the spray collar, but she's smart enough to bark enough to empty it quickly, then go about her business. This low level "shock" correction collar works well and does not react to the other dogs' barking. The collar is easy to clean (plastic), but unfortunately rotates out of position on the dog's neck over time, reducing the effectiveness of the corrections. This is the only training tool that has worked effectively to stop her barking.
