best fly for the big ones -
By: alexkapres from mars pa
Iv been fly fishing for bass for a long time with poppers and they do catch bass but i feel like there all in the smaller size for largemouth, so i bought this pike/musky fly for the old largmouth think it will get the big boys to play and sure enough it did! i got 6 bass that were all over 3 lbs on almost every cast. They just slayed this fly. If your looking for some big fish i defiantly recommend this fly

I've thrown this fly at SMB for a couple of years. It's fantastic. There's so much going on with the tail, the belly mat'l, and the head. Letting it float the riverbank with infrequent twitches is all it takes. Plus, it's durable and easily thrown on a tipflex 6wt. My only complaint is the not infrequent muskie that comes up and severs my tippet.
|Enrico Puglisi Flies|
Innovative durability with castability
If you haven't fished an Enrico Puglisi Fly, there are two hallmark characteristics you'll notice right away that give you the edge: durability and castability. EP Fibers are made from synthetic materials that stand up to a lot of abuse, yet they shed water and dry off with your first backcast. That makes them as light as a dry feather. Their ability to shed water ensures that these flies will make a silent entry, which can make all the difference when targeting spooky fish. This attention to detail makes EP Flies successful when other flies may not be, and why once you try them you'll be convinced they make a difference.
Most expert anglers agree that Enrico Puglisi is one of the most innovative and astute fly designers in the world today. All his flies are tied on Gamakatsu™ hooks.
