great bag -
Great bag but needs to be 1" longer. 31" rod tunes are snug but do fit. Great for holding all your gear, waders rods reels, boots and any clothes for a quick trip. Would like compartments or movable dividers for the bottom section though. Otherwise great purchase
Superlative Rolling Gear Bag -
By: phishnhunter from Pawleys Island SC
We do one week fly fishing instruction trips to destination settings. My sports love my Rolling Orvis Duffles, so much, I have two that I travel with! so much that they have purchased them for themselves. Its Sturdy construction, attractive styling and function and cavernous capacity have made the grade. Problem is, now when we travel together, we need to put orange, green and blue tags on them so we can tell our gear apart! Thank you Orvis, for "yet another fine product you''ve gotten us all into!"
Best Bag -
I purchased this item in Sept of 2014. From two day trips with family, to weeks long adventures elk hunting and fly fishing - it is easily the best and most versatile piece of luggage I've ever owned. Yes, it's seen a lot of use in a short time - but it still looks new.
Carry-On Legal? -
My wife purchased this for me for Christmas thinking it would be perfect for my multiply trips to Belize annually. Really took a good look at it today and it seems to me there is no chance this is a carry on. Anyone able to carry it on or is it a checked bag requirement.
Well made but a bit small -

Nicely made bag. Good basic design and good quality zips etc. Unfortunately the structure of the bag means that even a rod tube for a 9ft rod is a bit tight. If the bag was 2 or 3 inches longer this would be a great bag for fishing trips
Great bag for travelling -
whether for fishing trips or on holiday this bag does it all. We have several now and all the family use them
Safe Passage® Rolling Vented Duffle -
By: RayJM from Plymouth. UK
An all in one solution to carry everything you need for an extended fishing trip. Bought during the sale so price was very good. Hasn't been used yet but I have packed it with my usual gear and it all fits. It looks like it will stand up well to baggage handlers and all the usual knocks and bumps. Servis from Orvis was also good with the bag delivered in less than a week and emails sent out to keep me informed of order progress. All in all, a great deal all round, no complaints here.

I bought this to get decent zippers. I've had two other brands of fishing duffle and both crashed in cold weather because the zippers were weak and came apart. This duffle is strong, secure and it rocks.
Great Purchase -
Bought this for my son's 40th birthday and he loves it. Plans on taking it on a fly fishing trip to Montana. I still have one of the original Orvis duffle bags that I purchased back in 1980.
The best rolling duffel I've ever seen or used -
By: Highdesertfly from Walker River, Nevada
I've been looking for a rolling duffel that is strong, durable, has large wheels and can accommodate my rods and waders along with my other traveling essentials all in one and this is the ticket. Even loaded it still meets the max size requirements for airline baggage restrictions. The specs state max rod case as nine foot but I put my H2 nine foot six in the bottom with no problem. This is the rolling duffel of all rolling ruffles.
