I love the Shoreline Linen Cropped Pants. I wear them from Easter until Labor Day here in sultry Florida. They're comfortable and fresh-looking from morning 'til night. A new take on a tried-and-true Orvis linen material, they are modern, cool, and go anywhere, all day long.

The black pair can be casual or dressy. They are flattering and comfortable. Love them!
Disappointed in fit. -

Orvis should discuss this product, explaining the L is cut for very large women just in the hip and upper leg area. The pants had a ballooned effect all around my buttocks and upper legs. I am A L, but not at all like those pants are cut. I do like Orvis products very much because the clothing is usually cut large enough to be comfortable, but these pants seem to be mis-cut.

I own several pieces of "shoreline" linen. Orvis has the best linen of any company. The fit of the pants is true. But, some of the blouses are too fitted for me.
Linen Pants -
This pant was okay. Inseam said 26" and actually 28". I wanted to wear these more like an short ankle/capri instead of long. Too bad it isn't offered in petite.
Good three season choice. -

These pants fit wonderfully. Great color and weight of material. They feel dressy but allow one to move about comfortably.
Comfortable, durable style for warm weather
Woven from the fibers of the flax plant, linen is both stronger and more absorbent than cotton. The structure of the linen fiber is hollow, so it draws heat and moisture away from the body, keeping you cool and comfortable on even the hottest summer days.
It’s been the ultimate warm-weather fabric for more than 10,000 years; linen weaving even pre-dates the invention of the wheel.
Flax is one of nature’s most efficient fibers; it becomes even stronger when wet. Linen will get softer over time and with each washing, but it will not weaken. This makes linen clothing surprisingly durable. Linen is also naturally hypoallergenic.
Our breezy Shoreline Linen pants, shorts, and shirts are designed with a flattering style that’s perfect for warm weather—simple, comfortable, effortless.
