    Beautiful coat - 7/31/2014

I was pleasantly surprised how much I like this coat, given that Orvis chose to describe it as one that you could wear in the field or with evening wear. In some ways, with its length and large outside pockets, it reminds me of Barbour's Border jacket. In that sense, it combines these features with the length of a short overcoat. The only problem I see with it is the flimsy metal zipper that its hard to zip because of the length of the coat. Other than that, it is really well constructed. The buttons add a nice touch.
