Sorry but this is not good quality
Have used this for a year before reviewing. I think this is poor quality. The adjustment on the drag is very poor - from too loose to too tight in a tiny range of adjustments. The reel seat constantly works its way loose (held on by 2 small screws), even when regularly tightened. In a field with many reels at this price, I cannot recommend it. Size and weight are good, but it can actively spoil a day on the water. I may have a poor example but cannot recommend.

Reel Delivery
Overall, I am pleased with the product, but paying for it was kind of odd. It was my first purchase, so I was expecting the 15% off. It was not clear at checkout if this actually worked. I’m still not sure if it did, but the order went through. I was later contacted by orvis saying that I owed five dollars. I feel like the order shouldn’t even go through if there is a balance left, but it did. My order was delayed because of this which is why I gave four stars. I hope orvis fixes this moving forward
