Rapid River Description

North Western mountains of Maine. Part of the Androscoggin river basin, flowing from Lower Richardson Lake at Middle Dam to Cedar Stump at Lake Umbagog in New Hampshire. A seven miles long river with Pond in the River, a 400 acre pond at mile two heading west, just above the famous Lower Dam.
