Upper Manistee River, Michigan Fly Fishing Reports & Conditions
My tips of the week
Upper Manistee is now at normal levels and clear. Black caddis are now heavy afternoons and while sulfurs will take over early evening hatches for the next couple weeks. Look for isonychia bicolor and brown drakes later in the evening and hex to come soon. Attractors fishing middays is also good, and large stonefly dry patterns are moving some fish as well. PLEASE KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE FROM OTHER ANGLERS AS WE COME OUT OF THE COVID 19 VIRUS.
