Muskegon River, Michigan Fly Fishing Reports & Conditions
My tips of the week
warmer weather looks to be a week out! Use caution if fishing this week! Temperatures are forecasted to only reach the low to mid teens this week. Overnight lows below zero will increase shelf ice along the river. Access by boat or wading could be problematic this week. If you don't wet a line--you won't pose any fish for the camera. Get out there and fish! To see pictures of recent successes and more detailed information, feel free to stop by our blog take a look:http://www.muskegonriverlodge.com/blog.php or our Facebook page for straight from the river photos http://www.facebook.com/riverquestcharters . See you on the river!

Winter-mode has settled in... Shiner & Sculpin patterns are best bets right now off the two-handers. Winter trout fishing is set up. Nymphing midge, scuds, and worms are taking trout.
