Fall fishing has arrived. Trout fishing has been good. Salmon are in the system, but numbers are behind normal year to date. Coho and steelhead are available in light numbers too. If you don't wet a line--you won't pose any fish for the camera. Get out there and fish! Techniques & Tips

Nymphs for salmon. Classic spares speys for early steelhead. Look for them to quickly turn to caviar as salmon are spawning. Egg raiders will be productive off the two-handers then. Wet flies and nymphs for trout. Watch for caddis activity in the afternoons.
