Tailwater fishery outside of Warren PA in the scenic Allegheny National Forest.

Pounding banks with streamers during high water periods. Or early in the morning. Nymphing pockets during low water conditions.

Flows are back up a bit to 1,340cfs. Goo for wading. Still use caution. Cooler air temps at night have brought water temperature down. Look for good caddis first couple hours of light and just before dark.
