Sugar Creek, Indiana Fly Fishing Reports & Conditions
My tips of the week
Our smallmouth season is here! Hit the banks and look for structure, the smallmouth are feeding aggressively! We like a deer hair diver, Sneaky Pete or Todd's Wiggle Minnow. Conrad's wounded minnow is another great option if you want to fish a streamer!

Sugar Creek Description

Sugar Creek is the epitome of a small mouth bass fishery. It has all the structure that smallies like to orient into and plenty of food for them to eat. This river constantly produces smallies over 20", so if you want to feel the tug of a fish that just does not give up, Sugar is the best place for you to start ...

Techniques & Tips

Streamer fishing always works well, the top water action is beginning too!

7-Day Forecast

Summer is here and our daytime temperatures will be warm! Looks like we'll be in the mid 80's for most of the week; only chances for rain are on Tuesday. Go Fish!
