My tips of the week
PMDs are becoming the main ticket on the O as of late. Look for the hatch to start up mid afternoon, with spinners falling around sundown.Caddis and BWOs have also been hatching through the mid afternoon alongside the PMDs. Owyhee River Description

Beginning in northern Nevada, the Owyhee River flows northward toward southeastern Oregon and southwestern Idaho before it joins, as a major tributary, the Snake River.

Techniques & Tips

Expect to search for risers in the flats and have a good selection of PMDs and Caddis in #16-18, and BWOs in #18-20

PMDs will continue to be the main hatch through the afternoon to dusk, with some caddis thrown into the mix as well. Be sure to have some dun dries and rusty spinners for the fall around seven to dark. Check NOAA for 10-day forecasts.
