Techniques & Tips

Fish early and late before the sun has a chance to heat the surface. Keep fish in the water when releasing them. Avoid waters where temperatures are in excess of 66-70 degrees. Some ponds still seeing sporadic action on hex patterns on top. Target deep, high mountain ponds with sinking lines for the most consistent action.

7-Day Forecast

Seasonable Temps and some rain may help, but until cooler weather comes the fish will continue to struggle in all but the deepest, coolest ponds.
