Easy for Beginner to Use
I'm just getting back into tying after many years. I don't have a lot of equipment but wanted to tie flies that used a variety of dubbing. This pack provided exactly what I wanted. It has an excellent sample of dubbing materials and comes in a great dispenser. You can pick out as much or as few fibers as you need. It is clear plastic so you can easily come up with mixtures that make the dubbing material needed.

Great Dubbing Easy to Use
This dubbing twists on the thread easily and has just the right amount of bugginess. After using the light hares mask colored dubbing for some time I broke down and bought the assortment. It has a nice selection of colors.

FANTASTIC STUFF!
This is all natural fur without any other materials blended in, so it is a little tricky to straight dub right out of the package. However, it is perfect to put into split thread, or into a dubbing loop. It makes great looking spikey bodies used this way. It is just what I was looking for. I blend my own dubbing by shaving off the fur from an animal skin and adding other materials to bind the materials. This packaged fur dubbing saves me the time and mess of shaving the fur off of a pelt. GREAT PRODUCT! I wish it was offered in a few more specific colors and/or types.( i.e. grey, fox squirrel belly, fox, raccoon belly).

Excellent Natural Dubbing
Used this dubbing material to tie guides choice bead head hairs ear flies and they turned out great. I am a novice at tying but this natural dubbing made it easy to form the body of the fly.
