According to their performances, adjustments are made, then revised samples are sent back to the field for more work. Only when an item is deemed “absolutely right” by our team does manufacturing begin. 1. Easy Exchange (one item for another)
Need an exchange fast? Use Orvis Easy Exchange. For the fastest service, call 888-235-9763 anytime to request an Orvis Easy Exchange. We'll place your new order, charging your credit card, and we'll waive regular shipping charges on your new item. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item. If you choose to use the FedEx Convenient Return Label included with your order, we’ll simply deduct a $6.95 return shipping fee from your refund.

2. Easy Refund Return Process Using FedEx
Need to return an item for a refund? It's easy, fast, and simple! You ship back your items and:
1. Include the completed Order Summary (front page) that was included with your package. If your Order Summary is lost, then include the "Return and Exchange Form" AND
2. Use the FedEx Easy Return Label enclosed with your order. We'll simply deduct $6.95 from your refund.
Returning an item is a simple, 3-step process:
1. With your original shipment we included a FedEx Easy Return Label. Instructions on how to use it are found on the back of the label.
2. Simply affix the FedEx Easy Return Label that was included in your original shipment over the original shipping label on your package.
3. Drop the package at your nearest FexEx pickup location. Refer to the FedEx website to find a location near you.
Please be sure to complete and include either the Return and Exchange Form or the Order Summary that came with your order. |

3. Lost Return Form or Return Label
Can't find the return label that came with your shipment? That's no problem! You can generate a duplicate FedEx Easy Return Label. (A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.)
Can't find the Order Summary that came with your order? You can print a Return and Exchange Form and non-prepaid Return Shipping Label now. You need both form and label for Orvis to process your return efficiently.
1. Use the "Return and Exchange" form to enter the item you're returning and the reason for the return. Returns made without a proof of purchase will receive an Orvis Gift Card in the amount of the lowest sale price of the merchandise returned.
2. The "Return Shipping Label" can be generated using this form and a $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund. Or, alternately, you can use the shipping labels included on the second page of the "Return and Exchange" form; if using these labels, be sure to affix the adequate postage costs.

4. Large Furniture or Oversized Merchandise Return
Note: The following process is intended for large furniture and oversized items only. If you're needing to return merchandise that is not furniture or not oversized merchandise, use our standard return procedure.
It is important that you inspect your product when receiving it for any visible tears or damage in packaging prior to the trucking company unpacking or leaving. If found, open package immediately and inspect product thoroughly for any damages. Customers should refuse delivery of any damaged product with trucking company and note the reasons for refusal on the delivery paperwork.
To initiate an oversized item return, contact Orvis Customer Service immediately at 1-888-815-5900. Call 1-888-815-5900 for oversize item returns only. Do not use this number for regular returns, as it will delay processing of your regular return item. If you need to return a regular item, use 1-888-235-9763 instead.
Orvis will accept large furniture/oversized returns for merchandise that is not damaged or defective and refund your money on any purchase that isn’t 100% satisfactory. If the returned merchandise is not damaged or defective, then all original shipping/handling charges and surcharges on your order are non-refundable. A refund will be given for the full price of the merchandise less any shipping/handling surcharges for the item being returned.
For best service, please call our Customer Service at 1-888-815-5900 to arrange for your large furniture/oversized merchandise to be returned to the Orvis Service Center in Roanoke, VA.

6. Return to Retail Stores
Any Orvis non-oversized or non-furniture item can be returned for a full refund to any of our Retail Stores, our Customer Service Centers (see above), Outlets, or any of our Orvis Dealers worldwide. We will refund your money on any purchase that isn’t 100% satisfactory anytime for any reason—it’s that simple.

7. Canadian Return Label
If you would like a FedEx return label, please contact us at 540-345-4606 or 855-799-2819 and we’ll be happy to send one to you. For the use of the FedEx label, we will simply dedeuct $10 from your refund. Alternately, you may return the order at your expense to the above address using a method of your choice.
8. International Returns
For international customers: please ship the merchandise to the appropriate return address (see above). Return shipping is paid by the customer returning the item. For exchange items, Orvis does not charge a re-shipping fee.
