Depending on your country of residence, there may be additional taxes or duties added to your order that aren’t reflected in our pricing, but will be your responsibility upon delivery. Contact your local Customs office for those charges. Additionally, some countries may charge an extra handling fee within that country.

To ensure proper delivery, a physical delivery address and daytime telephone number are required for all shipments outside of the US. If a physical address is not available, please contact Orvis Customer Service at 1-855-799-2819 or 1-540-345-4606.
Payment made by credit card will be billed in US dollars. If mailing your order and including a check, that check must be in US funds payable by a US Bank.
In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours. When you order from our website, items will display whether they’re in stock. Note: some merchandise is not available for shipment outside of the US; including but not limited to, oversized items, hazardous materials, and food.

Due to import licensing restrictions, The Orvis Company can no longer ship packages into Burma, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, and Vietnam. This restriction does not include shipping packages to military service personnel based within those countries, as those packages are sent through the main military distribution center.
