Use the Orvis Return Process to return the merchandise back to Orvis. You can either exchange it for other merchandise or request a refund. I cancelled an order, but I'm not exchanging.
It is Orvis’ policy not to charge a customer until the merchandise ships. If you used a credit card and your order was canceled, you should not have been charged. If you used a check or money order, then you'll receive a refund check in the mail. If you used a gift card, then a gift card will be re-issued and sent by mail.
