Trinity River, California Fly Fishing Reports & Conditions
My tips of the week
More fish and some good ones continue to arrive in the upper stretches of the river. This last storm gave us our biggest bump this season, all of the tributaries are now flowing, the falls all have enough flow for good fish passage and we should see fishing to improve from here on out. Fish are on the move from the Old Bridge in Lewiston down past Willow Creek. Dead drifting nymphs like a black Rubberlegs is producing grabs, Amberwing Prince Nymphs are also a good choice.
