We use various tools and technologies like cookies, web beacons, and web server logs to collect information automatically on the Site. This information may include IP addresses, device identifiers, browser characteristics, operating system details, internet service provider details, language preferences, and details about your use of the Site (referring URLs, time and length of visits, and pages viewed).
These tools also may include GPS (global positioning systems) software, geo-filtering, and other location-aware technologies to locate you, sometimes precisely, for purposes such as verifying your location and delivering or restricting content based on your location. Our “find a store” feature may access and use information about your device location to suggest appropriate store locations, and our Site may be personalized based on various information we have about you to provide you with more location-relevant content.
Please note that we or third parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different devices and online properties when you use the Site.

When you participate in the interactive chat, either with a virtual or live agent, the contents of the chat may be captured and kept as a transcript. Analytics & Advertising
We may use third-party technology and vendors such as, Google, Facebook, and Adobe, in connection with your activity on the Site to help us understand and analyze how visitors use the Site and to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. For example, we’ve implemented Google Analytics Advertising Features such as remarketing with analytics, interest-based advertising, demographics and interests reporting, user segment analysis, and impression reporting. These technology companies and advertisers may use, store, or access cookies and other tracking technologies to collect or receive information from the Site, and elsewhere on the internet.
You may be able to opt out of certain interest-based advertising using the settings on your browser or mobile device. In addition, the following services or organizations offer tools that you can use to limit or opt out of interest-based advertising:
To learn more about Criteo’s privacy practices, including how to disable Criteo’s services, you may visit www.criteo.com/privacy.
To change your privacy and advertising settings with Facebook, login to your Facebook account and navigate to your account settings.
For information on how Microsoft collects or receives personal information through tracking technologies to provide Microsoft Advertising, see the Microsoft Privacy Statements: privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement.
Your opt-out choice may apply only to the browser or device you are using when you opt out, so you should opt out on each of your browsers and devices if you want to disable interest-based advertising for those browsers and devices. If you opt out, you will still receive ads, but they may not be as relevant to you and your interests. Please note that we do not control how third parties manage their opt-out processes.

Similarly, if you interact with us through Social Features (e.g., if you “like” or “follow” our page on another platform), we may have access to information about you from that platform. Please note that if you mention or comment about Orvis or our Site in your post on another platform, that platform may allow us to publish your post on our Site. In addition, we may receive information about you if a user on a social media platform gives us access to their profile and you are one of their connections, or information about you is otherwise accessible through that other user. You should review the terms, policies, and settings of these other platforms to learn more about their data practices and/or adjust your settings.
