North Platte River, Wyoming Fly Fishing Reports & Conditions
My tips of the week
Set your rig anywhere from -7 ft to a AB weight. Smaller midges, and rock worm patterns, trico's and some streamers have been the ticket. The moss is there but the fish are still willing to eat. Please be aware of water temperatures if you fish the lower river. Cooler temps are here!! Remember this is Wyoming and we have vary variable weather changes so please keep

7-Day Forecast

Fall is here. We are finally cooling off and expecting nice, moderate temps through the weekend! The reef has been bumped to bigger flows- 1200cfs. This may change some wade fishing opportunities. Fremont has also been dropped to 75cfs. The mile is at 550cfs. Don't be afraid to use the higher flows to throw some bigger patterns or try your luck at swinging streamers. Have fun out there.
