Merced River, California Fly Fishing Reports & Conditions
My tips of the week
Fish midweek to avoid heavy early summer Yosemite crowds. Also, the patterns choosen aren't nearly as important here as the use of Stealth in approaching and pursuing these skittish native fish.

7-Day Forecast

The central Sierras have come into summer with a vengence. Temperatures in the low 70's at 8000ft have intensified the last of the snow melt, however, high country creek's flow are starting to drop as we enter summer. Temperatures of the south fork are very slowly rising and in another few days, fishing should be excellent here.
