this lake will be drained for dam repair after May 15. We do not know when it will be restocked or reopened. Word is that it may not be full again until 2018. That does not mean that it will not reopen before then however. Fly fishing should be great on a Spinney this year, so just go down the drainage one lake. Antero closing does not necessarily mean Spinney will be more crowded. Many folks that fish Antero are bait fishers and Spinny is flies and lures only.
