Weber River, Utah Fly Fishing Reports & Conditions
My tips of the week
Fish pools and deep runs. Make sure you're using enough split shot to get down deep before hatch starts. White is great color for streamers, work them deep. Evening midge and caddis hatches are the best bet. Look for fish hiding behind structure and along edges. Hoppers are starting to work near grassy banks.

Techniques & Tips

Nymph shallow riffles and deep runs using a lightening bug, prince nymph, or sow bug. Working white woolly buggers and white zonkers through deeper runs has also been effective. Try fishing midge emergers, soft hackles. Use parachute adams or klinkhammers to imitate evening mayflies. Caddis are starting to hatch in the evening. Try a hopper/dropper rig near grassy banks.

7-Day Forecast
