The Story

Eggs are a huge food source for fish. Steelhead and trout go out of their way to feed on them. Chuck Hawkins, an Orvis-Endorsed Guide in Michigan, created the Hawkins Rag Clown Egg to take advantage of this feeding instinct, and he ended up with a lifelike and colorful egg imitation that has caught as many large browns as it has trophy steelhead.
