Shipping, Duties & Taxes To simplify the order calculation process, Orvis charges a 20% international surcharge (or a minimum of $20 USD) of the total merchandise value, which covers all duty, shipping and handling charges. Express delivery is a 25% surcharge of the total merchandise value. Canadian taxes will be calculated separately.

When you place your online order, a 20% surcharge will be applied. An allowance will then be made for those items that qualify for NAFTA duty relief. The final invoice that is included with your shipment will reflect the correct adjusted charges.

Express Canadian deliveries may not be processed over the web. Please call 1-888-235-9763 to place an Express delivery to Canada order.

In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Allow 7-10 days for surface delivery. For express delivery, allow up to 5 days. Next-Day Service is not available for Canada.

When you order from our web-site, you will find out right away whether the items you want are in stock. Note: some merchandise is not available for shipment to Canada, including but not limited to, oversized items, hazardous materials, and food.

All prices on the Orvis.com are in US dollars. Payment made by credit card will be billed in US dollars. Payment made by check must be in US funds payable by a US bank.

Delivery Options Standard: In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Allow 5-7 business days for surface delivery. This surcharge is 20% of order total (or a minimum of $20 USD), with Canadian taxes calculated separately. For more remote locations, please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.

Orvis Express Service: Your in-stock orders placed by 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will normally be delivered within 5 business days after we receive it. This surcharge is 25% of order total (or a minimum of $25 USD), with Canadian taxes calculated separately. Express Canadian deliveries may not be processed over the web. Please call 1-888-235-9763 to place an Express delivery to Canada order.

Next-Day Service: Next-Day service is not available for Canada.

Address Requirements Physical Address and Daytime Phone Number: To ensure proper delivery and to provide the pre-paid duties and taxes service, a physical delivery address and daytime phone number are required for all Canadian shipments. If a physical address is not available, please contact Orvis Customer Service at 1-888-235-9763.

Return shipping will be paid by the customer returning the item. For exchange items, Orvis does not charge a re-shipping fee.
