Chris started with Orvis early in 2008 and was instrumental in the success of the Woodlands store. Chris is a life long outdoorsman possessing a special affinity and talent for the art of fly fishing.

The Woodlands, Texas Fly Fishing Manager, Joe Bunton Houston Fly Fishing Manager: Joe Bunton
Joe has over 25 years of fly fishing experience, having fished most of the Texas Coast. His fishing adventures have taken him to many Rocky Mountain fisheries, Alaska, Patagonia and the Caribbean. He enjoys researching specific fisheries and he prepares himself by tying specific flies for the trip. Joe has hosted many Orvis customers to several Orvis endorsed lodges and outfitters. Nothing excites him more than to see one of his guests catch a new species or personal best fish when on these trips.
When not fishing, Joe likes to wing-shoot and big game hunt. Joe has been with Orvis for six years, having been part of the opening team for Orvis-Woodlands, and their Fishing Manager for 3 years prior to coming to Houston.
