Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Two Days Learning Ever I thoroughly enjoyed the Boiling Springs two day course with Dusty Wissmath and Steve Parker. I have dabbled at fly fishing a few times over the years but never really got it and just got frustrated. I learned more in these two days than all the time I spent trying to learn on my own. Dusty and Steve were totally awesome with a very positive demeanor and passion for helping others learn their favorite sport. The location of the Allenberry Resort made it so nice. All our classroom, outdoor casting and river reading and fishing techniques were done on the Yellow Breeches Creek right out back. So convenient and the Allenberry staff took great care of us. Best money I have spent in a long time. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Class and Location This 2-day class was well worth the time and money. Dusty Wissmath and Steve Parker were very patient, encouraging, and knowledge instructors. With 2 instructors and 7 students, there plenty of one-on-one focused instruction for each student. The class was held at the Allenberry Resort in Boiling Springs, a rustic and relaxing environment on the renowned Yellow Breeches Creek. As a newbie to fly fishing, this gave me the confidence to apply what I learned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth Every Penny After attending the 2-Day Course with Dusty and Steve I feel that I am well equipped to thrive in the sport. They both are a well spring of knowledge and great instructors. You can tell they really enjoy teaching their craft. My casting is 100% better than it was before I went and I have a much more through knowledge of the sport. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the 2-day class to anyone with an interest in fly fishing. The Allenberry Resort is beautiful location with the Yellow Beeches a short walk from the rooms, and even more trout water close by. Definitely plan on returning for a trip in the fall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Course! I took the one day course and it was fantastic! Dusty is a extremely knowledgeable, a great teacher, and a wealth of information. The mix of classroom and hands-on is very valuable and is a great way to put the theory into action. Allenberry has been recently renovated and it's absolutely beautiful. It's the perfect setting for this course. I would also suggest spending some time at TCO looking around. The staff there is really helpful and more than happy to take time to answer questions. Really looking to getting out and putting what I learned to practice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great class at a great venue Just finished the two day school with Dusty and Steve mid-May 2019. Excellent, practical instruction. We had lousy weather all of one day and they adjusted very well to keep things lively. Really enjoyed staying at Allenberry Resort. Wonderful place, reasonable rates, very nice rooms. Much of the instruction was at Allenberry in an excellent venue with the Yellow Breeches to practice casting on!
